Inspections and Risk Assessments

Snakes In The City can provide full site inspection and risk assessment services. Packages can be taylored to individual workspaces and jobsites, or on a multi site company wide basis. Site Inspections and Risk Assessments are conducted by our experienced staff and we provide a written report with photos, detailing specific risk areas and recommended course of action to address these. Snakes In The City can conduct the works on these areas for additional fees, or you may of course elect to arrange this yourself.

NSW Regional and Interstate Sites

A number of our clients have multiple site locations around regional NSW, Interstate and/or Australia wide. We are pleased to be able to provide the same full site inspection and risk assessment sevices to all areas, across NSW and Australia. We can also provide taylored fly in/fly out and snake removal services to all areas upon application.

Government, Military and Secure Facilities

Snakes In The City can provide service level agreement packages and on call services for secure sites such as airports, sensitive freight facilities, bonded warehouses and government and military facilities.

A number of our handlers currently hold and maintain police check certificates, have been issued unrestricted airside (RED) ASIC (Aviation Security Idendification Card), security clearances for government and military sites, white card for construction sites and have been railway corridor inducted.

Snake Awareness Presentations

As an addition to our site inspections, or even as a standalone package to small clients, we can offer Snake Awareness Talks.
These talks are approximately 40-60mins in duration and consist of an entertaining but educational talk by one of our experienced presenters with a slideshow and plenty of humour to keep everyone’s attention. This will cover common myths, facts and general information about snakes that are commonly encountered in the local area as well as simple but effective first aid treatment for snake incidents.

$250 per presentation (We can also arrange presenations with live reptiles, including venomous and/or non venomous snake species for additional costs on application).

Snake Proofing-site Specific

When you MUST keep snakes out at all cost, Snakes In The City can provide cosultation and full solution services for snake proofing Boarding kennels, stables, preschools, buildings, factories and homes. Every site is of course different, so please contact us to arrange a quote.
