Harley from Snakes in the City turned up very quickly. He quickly located the snake which was a deadly Brown snake. He secured it in a humane way and informed he would re locate it to a safe and suitable location. I was very pleased and highly recoomend his service

Harley is an absolute legend! We had two Green Tree snakes in the house, found them a few hours apart, or should I say, they found my wife.. Harley came out to help within minutes of me calling. At first we only thought it was one, in an incredibly hard spot to reach.. He successfully grabbed it, everyone was over the moon! I went out and on my return realised there was another sticking his/her head out from the oven! Harley came back right away, it was already dinner time. He helped me pull out the oven, again was able to grab the snake from an almost impossible gap between the wall and kitchen cabinetry.. Absolutely amazing he was able to get it! Once it had calmed down he showed my 6yr old daughter how to handle it and let her have a hold by herself with a very watchful eye. I cannot stress what an incredible guy he is, absolutely lovely, incredibly professional, fast, and I mean fast, I was watching the first one to make sure I knew where it was and he was on his way as we spoke on the phone.. He was great with my daughter, he has one of his own and it shows. It made what was a stressful situation into something fun and memorable. I highly recommend you give Harley a call if you have any snake dramas, you won't find a better, more decent, professional and kind person to help you.

Harley removed two death adders that had set up home. He arrived promptly and was great to deal with. Highly recommend him.

Called him in the late afternoon and came within 40 mins from the Eastern suburbs to the Western suburbs and caught the snake within half an hour. Very efficiency and very friendly service. Highly recommended!

Harley is an amazing guy. He came out and removed a dead red belly from neighbours yard, examined the place and found where the snake could've gotten into the yard. He went to bunning, grabbed necessities and even snake proofed the fencing. Absolutely amazing service for a genuine person! Could not recommend enough

We had a python removed by Harley about a year ago. It returned after 12 months and when I contacted him he promptly came and said that it was the same snake, and that he would remove it for free. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, as I found him reliable and honest.

I called Snakes in the City after a workman reported seeing some red-bellied black while he was working on my property. Harley Jones was there within 30 minutes and spent an hour checking every nook and cranny and providing a wealth of information about snakes in general and RB blacks in particular. He came back a few days later and spent a couple of hours of his own time helping to clear part of the property - even using his own equipment. What a guy! I couldn't recommend Snakes in the City any higher. Thanks Harley.

Brilliant, professional quick service. Was greeted by Rob Ambrose who proved to be an expert in the field and put our minds at ease knowing there was no snakes around our residence or neighbourhood. He was a friendly chap with great historical and cultural knowledge.

Super fast response. The guy showed up at my doorstep within 20 minutes of my call. Came in and took care of the brown snake from the backyard in a matter of few minutes. He shared with me a lot of information about this reptile and where the snakes can potentially come from in my property. The snake catcher got to our house really fast! After he caught the snake, he looked around our property and pointed out areas where snakes like to hide. He also told us what we could do to minimise our chance of more snakes hanging around the house.
